Rules and Regulations
  1. NO Smoking in the condo or on the balconies.
  2. NO Pets.
  3. All trash should be bagged and disposed of in appropriate trash containers around the property. Do not leave trash on balconies or in hallways outside the door. 
  4. NO hanging of bathing suites, towels or other items from the balconies.
  5. Please do not place anything in the toilets other than toilet paper.
  6. Please report all clogged sinks, tubs, toilets and/or leaks immediately.
  7. Do not leave doors/windows open with the AC unit on.
  8. Minimize noise as to not disturb other owners or guests, especially between the hours of 10pm and 10am.
  9. Park only in dedicated spaces or risk being towed at car owner’s expense.
  10. Each guest is responsible for their own security, lock doors at all times.
  11. NO grills of any kind or open flames in the unit or on the balconies.
  12. Dunes of Seagrove facilities for use by owners and registered guests only.
  13. Guests must wear visible amenity bands at all times while on property. 
  14. Drones are not to take off from, land on or otherwise operate from the roof, balconies, hallways or other parts of the building at any time.
  15. Close and lock all windows and doors when nobody is in the condo. 
  16. Guest will be responsible for any and all damages caused to the property or its contents during the stay. 
  17. Do not attempt to access the owner’s closet. Any unauthorized attempts to access this closet will be recorded and logged by the lock. 
  18. In the event of a storm or adverse weather, please follow weather reports closely and heed all local emergency or evacuation orders.
